The Build: Three Sizes, One Price Each

The website out front, built to get found. The CRM underneath — the platform you already pay for, or HubSpot — configured to how you actually work, with your rules written down. The website is its own line; so is every connection. Two, three or four weeks. Fixed, whichever it is.

The Website

Out Front, and Live in Two Weeks

Every Build starts with the website, because it is the part the world sees and the part the External Audit scores. It is built from our template for your trade — we are not a web design company, and that is why it is live in two weeks instead of two months.

Its job is narrow and it does it well: get found by search engines and AI assistants, say what you do in the first screen, and hand every enquiry to the CRM behind it as a record with a source and an owner — never to an inbox. Up to five service-area pages, the publishing foundation, schema for AI search, and one round of copy changes. No design rounds.

The Website

$3,500$2,500 on the Growth or Operate Plan

Two weeks. Built from our template for your trade. Its only job is to get found and hand every enquiry to the CRM as a record with a source and an owner. Buy it with a Build or on its own.

  • One domain, structured so search engines and AI assistants can read and cite it
  • Up to five service-area pages and the publishing foundation
  • Every form feeding the record through the lead relay — never an inbox
  • Schema for AI search and the blog foundation
  • One round of copy changes, no design rounds
  • Live in two weeks, hosted inside every plan

$1,000 waived on the Growth or Operate Plan, because the plan is what hosts and runs it. A business that already has a site it likes pays for the CRM work only.

Why It Is a Separate Line

A number that says CRM should not have a website inside it. Priced on its own, the site is $3,500 whether it comes with a Starter or a Full Build, and a business that already has a site it likes pays for the CRM work only.

Built in the same two weeks as the Build when you buy both. The plans are what host and run the site, which is why the website is the one line a plan discounts. Software support after handover comes from your platform's own success team, or from the HubSpot Retainer if you want custom help on HubSpot.

The CRM

Underneath, In Order

A business at this size was never set up with a system. The Build puts one in, and it does it in the only order that works: somebody has to own each job before the rules can be written down, and the rules have to exist before there is anything to configure.

Stages four and five — the record and getting found — start inside the Build and belong to the plan after it.

What Gets Built, In Order

Hover a stage to see what it means

  1. Somebody owns every job. Six job duties exist in every company; in an owner-operated one, two employees handle all six, so everything gets handled second. We put a name in each box — who answers, who quotes, who schedules, who chases, who collects, who is found.

  2. Your pricing stops living in your head. Pricing brackets, travel zones, assignment logic and scheduling judgment come out of working memory and into rules another person could follow — and the system can apply.

  3. There is a system, and it was touched today. In most audits the CRM, the shared inbox and the follow-up all score zero — not misconfigured, never installed. We select the platform against your requirements, then build it.

  4. Every job has a source, a value and a status. Years of completed work with no record of what it cost or where it came from, spread across three places that disagree, becomes one record you can actually query.

  5. A customer, or an AI assistant answering for one, can find you and cite you. Google profile, reviews that ask for themselves, local search and the answer-engine layer. The only stage with a closing window.

Week by Week

Four Phases

This is the Full timeline. Starter compresses it to two weeks and Standard to three; the phases and their order do not change.

  1. 01
    Days 1–7

    Triage

Stop the active leaks. The Google profile claimed, the wrong phone number fixed, the form that went nowhere pointed somewhere. Most of it is free, and it is included in every build.

  2. 02
    Weeks 1–2

    The Website

Its own line, built in the same window when you buy it with the Build. From our template for your trade, not designed from a blank page — we are not a web design company, and that is why it is live in two weeks instead of two months. One domain, structured so search engines and AI assistants can read and cite it, every form feeding the record, up to five service-area pages.

  3. 03
    Weeks 2–3

    The System of Record

Platform selection against your written requirements, then rollout: pipelines, the rules encoded, the connections you bought live, the review cadence firing.

  4. 04
    Week 4

    Handover

Training on video you keep, documentation in plain English, and the first month of the plan already running. Starter hands over at week two, Standard at week three, Full at week four.

Three Sizes

Starter, Standard, or Full

Three sizes for the CRM alone, priced from your Score Card because the Score Card is what tells us how much is missing. The website and the connections are their own lines on the same page, so nothing is hidden inside a bundle.

The Starter Build

$3,000CRM only. Fixed.

Two weeks. Your platform, configured. For the business already paying for ISN, FieldPulse, Builder Prime or FollowUpBoss and using a fraction of it.

  • Triage, days one to seven
  • Your industry platform configured to what it can actually do — it is preconfigured for your trade and has its own support desk, so it stays
  • Your pricing rules written down and set up as the platform's rules
  • Review requests that fire on their own
  • The operating score taken as a baseline, by stage
  • A training video and a one-page playbook

After handover your platform's own success team supports it. No retainer needed.

The Standard Build

$7,000CRM only. Fixed.

Three weeks. Your platform, plus HubSpot where it stops. For the business with a crew, whose platform holds the job but not the follow-up.

  • Everything in Starter
  • HubSpot's free tier alongside your platform, for follow-up, marketing and reporting across everything
  • Scheduling and assignment rules written down and encoded
  • Follow-up sequences that run without anyone remembering
  • Lead source and job costing reporting, set up to be read weekly

After handover your platform's success team covers the platform and HubSpot's support covers HubSpot. No retainer needed.

The Full Build

From $12,000CRM only. The Score Card sets the number.

Four weeks. The HubSpot build-out. For the business with no industry platform, or one it has outgrown, and years of jobs nobody recorded. Twelve thousand is the floor; the Score Card sets the number.

  • Everything in Standard
  • Platform selection with live demos and a back-end review
  • HubSpot built as the system of record: pipelines, owners, sources, the rules as properties and workflows
  • The last ninety days of jobs imported, deduplicated and costed
  • Job costing attached to every job going forward
  • Training videos for every job, and the full playbook

HubSpot's own support covers the product. For custom help after handover the HubSpot Retainer is an optional monthly line.

Each size contains the one below it. Connections are priced per line — $750 each, custom from $1,500 — and the website is $3,500. Everything appears as its own line on the same page.
