Run

We Keep It Working, Every Month

The Build puts the system in. The plan is what keeps it configured, current and producing a record once the build is over — and at the top tier, it comes with a person.

How to Read These

Three Plans, One Direction

Each plan contains the one below it. Most owners start at Growth, because the AI answer layer is the stage with a closing window. Operate is for the owner who wants an operations person without the salary.

Plans are billed quarterly, in advance — $1,050 for Care, $3,000 for Growth, $6,750 for Operate — because the re-score that every plan includes lands at the end of each quarter, and the two belong together.

The plans are for the website: hosting, content, reviews, the answer layer and the quarterly re-score. The Growth and Operate Plans waive $1,000 of the website for that reason, and nothing of the Build — the software is priced for what it takes to build. The waiver is conditional: it becomes payable if the plan ends within six months of handover.

Hosting, SSL and uptime monitoring are inside every plan. We no longer sell hosting on its own — a site nobody is running is not something we want our name on.

Every Quarter

External and Internal, Every Quarter

Every plan re-runs the Score Card each quarter against the same three competitors — and the internal audit, five stages, twenty points each, in a short conversation.

It arrives as one page: this quarter against last, you against them, the three things that moved and the one thing to do next. That page is what the plan is paying for.

Before the Plan

The Build Comes First

A plan runs a system. If there is not one yet, the Build puts it in — two to four weeks, fixed price, sized from your Score Card.

For HubSpot Clients

The HubSpot Retainer

The plans run the website. Software support after handover comes from your platform's own success team — ISN, FieldPulse, Builder Prime and FollowUpBoss all have one, and we set the handover up so you use it. HubSpot's own support covers the product.

For custom help on HubSpot — new workflows, reports, changes to the rules as the business changes — the HubSpot Retainer is an optional monthly line for HubSpot clients only. It is quoted with the Build, because the size of the system decides it, and it can end at any quarter boundary like a plan. A one-off change is bought as a fixed Customize quote instead.

Where We Work

On Site and Remote

Austin metro gets a true monthly on-site session on Operate. Everywhere else in Central Texas gets quarterly on site with video in between, and we would rather say that plainly than promise a monthly visit that turns into a six-hour round trip and gets quietly dropped.

Remote nationwide. The configuration work does not need us in the room; getting the rules out of your head in week one benefits from it.
