Scope
These terms govern your use of mintstrat.com. They are not the terms of any engagement — that work is governed by the proposal and agreement you sign, which takes precedence over anything written here.
The industry pages describe problem patterns we see and the method we use to address them. They are not a promise of a result. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of revenue, ranking, lead volume or valuation.
The free Score Card is built from publicly available signals at a point in time. It is an assessment, not a certification, and public signals change. It does not create a client relationship on its own. The Full Score Card is a paid engagement and is governed by its own proposal, including the credit of its fee against a Build.
We name platforms such as ISN, FollowUpBoss, FieldPulse, Builder Prime and HubSpot descriptively. Those names and marks belong to their owners. Unless a page says otherwise, naming a platform is not a claim of partnership, certification or endorsement in either direction.
The text, design, artwork and Score Card methodology on this site belong to Mint Strategies LLC. You are welcome to quote or link with attribution; wholesale reproduction needs our permission.
The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
Texas law governs these terms, and the courts of Travis County, Texas have jurisdiction.
We may update this page. The version published here is the one that applies.
