What we collect, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it. Short, because we do not do very much.
In Short
Mint Strategies LLC operates mintstrat.com. The only personal information we hold is what you enter into a form on this site, plus ordinary web server logs.
We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
From forms: your name, business name, email address, city, and anything you choose to type into a message or competitor field. From the server: IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, retained in ordinary access logs.
To produce and send the Operating Score Card you requested, to reply to an enquiry, and to keep the site working and secure. That is the complete list.
The Score Card is built from public signals — your website, your Google Business Profile, review platforms, and other publicly visible sources. We do not require, request or accept logins to your systems in order to produce it.
Service providers who operate parts of this site on our behalf, such as hosting and form delivery, and only to the extent needed to do that job. We do not share your information for anyone else's marketing.
This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Fonts are served with the site itself, so no font request goes to a third party.
Enquiry and Score Card records are kept while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Use the contact form to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Texas residents and residents of states with comprehensive privacy statutes may have additional rights; we will honor a request either way.
